We started with some breakfast, then a trip to the Y. After that, I went to frattallone's to get some smelly washer stuff and they were all out. :( They had one bottle of "smelly towels" (which I haven't tried) and I bought that. If it works I'll be happy! I had been doing so well with not having yucky towels, but some towels that we brought to the pool sat in the back of the car for a few days (I forgot about them). I should have known better. I didn't notice they were stinky and washed them with all my towels and now they all stink (the Y ones the worst). Go figure. I'll post a review of the towel stuff on my "reviews" blog once I have used it. I only have a couple of reviews on there, which is why I haven't publicly blasted that address to the world yet. If you dig a bit, I'm sure you can find it!
We also dropped off a form for the doctor to fill out so Makena can start school next month. I can't believe she's getting so big! It will be nice to have alone time with Matthew a few hours a week. He deserves that too!
If the sun stays out, we may hit up the beach, but since Matthew is sleeping now, so we'll have to wait a bit. I'm sure we'll just have to do the pool in the backyard otherwise Makena will hit her "I need a nap" wall while we're there and that will be a disaster.
I've been scouring craigslist for some more backyard play equipment and there is just so much to choose from and since I don't know exactly what I want, I haven't bought anything. Makena doesn't seem to mind, but I get bored with what we have!
