Such a slacker

I don't know why, but I obviously took a blogging break.  I am in the mood at the moment so here we go!

Matthew:
He had his 9 month well baby at the beginning of the month.  He's 24# 10oz (95%) and in the 97% for height.  He has lost some weight since his appointment in June, when we were there for his hand/foot/mouth, but I didn't think it was a big deal since he now crawls at lightening speed everywhere!  The doc didn't seem too worried about it, but did suggest that we try feeding him more.  I guess a drop in weight probably isn't good, but not gaining would probably be okay. Now that I'm typing this out, a pound loss in a month and a half isn't good for a baby. MORE food?  Does she realize how much this kid eats?  It obviously isn't enough! He also had 1 shot and he handled it like a champion.  Just a little crying.

Makena:
Just growing up and becoming more and more like a big kid. These past few days she has been really enjoying the new doll that Grandma got her. She named her Annabelle. We'll see if that name lasts longer than two days. There hasn't been much else going on in her little world besides gymnastics, Y trips, and other excursions that I come up with on a whim.

Well, I'm going to go to bed, perhaps I will be more detailed and such in the upcoming blogs.  Okay, I WILL be more detailed and informative.  I promise.
